What should an initial enquiry include?
A short asset description, the required outcome, broad timing and origin or destination where movement is involved are enough to begin.
How should sensitive information be shared?
Start with only the information needed for an initial review. We will advise an appropriate route if supporting documents are required.
Is portal access available to every client?
Access is provided where the necessary client and authority checks have been completed. It does not replace the process for release or movement requests.
